The ReSet - challenge uses principles of ancestral health—popularly known as the "primal" approach to health and wellness—as its framework.

30 days of action! You and I will be working closely everyday. You will receive daily actions from me revolving around Diet, Movement and Lifestyle. All in a my personal Coaching App
Feeling better – Most of the clients that I have worked with have told me that one of their main goals is to feel better, more like themselves, to enjoy life not just focus on food.
Increase or sustain energy – you will learning to fuel your body properly and get off the carb roller-coaster
Better Sleep - more rested upon waking, learn how to create a restful space
Clearer Mind - Commonly know as brain fog. More focus and concentration
Less Mood Swings and a better attitude – how well or not well our body is working for us shows up in many different ways. Many of my clients have seen improvement in this area.
Weight loss? - Our goals in these 30 days is to ReSet your nutrition, movement and lifestyle. When you combine these things, naturally if you have extra body fat on your body then your body composition begins to change. When we focus on weight loss solely we lose track of living healthy and we start down the DIET Rabbit hole. There is no DIET rabbit hole as part of this challenge
HOW IT WORKS
Daily Education, Actions – In my Personal Coaching App
Every day you'll receive a message. It will contain the educational lesson and an action of the day revolving around Diet, Movement & Lifestyle. You may not always be able to get the action done that day, that’s ok. Get to it the next day or as soon as possible. Each of the daily action are meant to layered on top of one another to create a journey over 30 days, if you do your best to implement the action as soon as you can, you're going to feel like a totally different person in just 30 days' time.
Live webinars/Q&A/Tips and Trick - weekly in our private group
Throughout the 30 days, you will connect with me via Zoom or Facebook on weekly basis. I will be chatting about topics you are learning in the ReSet, answering questions and maybe even a workout or cooking session.
Daily Facebook Inspirations and interactions in out private group
Community is key. Your fellow ReSetter are a great source of accountability. You will have access to this Private group where its safe to chat about all the things you are learning in the ReSet.
